OUR ORDER PROCESS
On-site Visit,
To get the exact measurement so as to fully utilized and plan the workspace
Discussion
To propose office fixtures and to better understand Client’s needs and color selections.
Confirmation
To finalize all fixtures, layout and color selections.
Down-payment
Clients to place a 50% down-payment to facilitate the order process
Submission of Order Form
After receiving down-payment, order will be faxed to production side
Arrival of Goods
If request level meets our stock level, delivery takes about 2 – 3 days, else a lead-time of 3 - 4 weeks is required.
Clients will be informed of the exact delivery date when goods arrived in the warehouse.
