Refund Policy is created pursuant to the Terms and Conditions as accepted by the Members of the website and for the purpose of governing the online payments.
The services are provided on annual and continuous basis to members alongwith ad-hoc purchase of credits to avail premium service/(s). Upon accepting the terms and conditions of the the services provided on the website and becoming a member, the member accepts the condition of payment and the obligation of payment as stated as well. On the basis of all the acceptance to terms and conditions, the paid fee for the membership and services and / or purchase of credits are not refundable.
The paid fees shall be refunded only when they are multiple payment, and/ or overpayment where the member pays the fee repeatedly for any reason, or pays more than the required fee to be paid, and such instance the additional amount or the excess fee paid over the payable fee is to be refunded, respectively.
In the event of any conflict between the Refund Policy and the Terms and Conditions as accepted by Members upon signing for the services, the Terms and Conditions will prevail.
